The driver was progressive, but safe, stopping for toilet breaks as we needed them, Having lived in the UK for a year Alfonzo spoke perfet English.The following day Alfonzo took us on a boat trip in the marches, where we saw several birds, some Caiman and a few Capybara. We had a snack at the boathouse.The rooms are spacious. The bathroom looks as if it has a giant tub, but it actually a shower base. No TV's in rooms (2 and 3 anyway), but there is a shared lounge with a TV and coffee machine. Water and soft drinks are included in the room rate. Events such as the march trip, a river trip and horse riding seem also to be included, but ask as soon as you arive. There is also a short "monket trail" in the hotel grounds where you should see Howler Monkeys.Diana the manager was a gem and a delightful person to speak to. The other waiting staff seemed to be new and inexperiences. Dinner one night, without Diana being on site, was cayotic. No doubt this will change as staff gain experience and training. Leer menos

				Extremely nice. Lovely spot! Small boutique hotel with friendly staff and good food. Our room was great with a lovely view and the whole place was relaxing and well run.All activities (including airport pick up and drop off) are included. 				Amazing! Beautiful hotel set in lovely grounds looking over the river.   Staff were fantastic, especially Diane and our guide Luciano.   Rooms were gorgeous, well laid out and clean, best sleep we had our whole trip.   The food was simply amazing - lots of it.   Only small niggle is that we had a barbecue... Rooms were gorgeous, well laid out and clean, best sleep we had our whole trip.   The food was simply amazing - lots of it.   Only small niggle is that we had a barbecue 2 nights in a row and even although the food was lovely, barbecue is not my favourite.  Lovely small pool area for chilling either before or after your excursions (would have preferred different loungers).   The excursions are brilliant and offer lots of variety to see the wildlife and the wetlands.   We had the most amazing time and would highly recommend. Leer menos
